The Butterfly Effect/The Obama Effect

There are those who believe in a dynamical system called the "Butterfly Effect" which is laid out in the following mathematical formula:
\delta \,." src="http://upload.wikimedia.org/math/c/6/e/c6e022f325ba37fb64b6caaf7be9a383.png">
"The Butterfly Effect" refers to the idea that a butterfly's wings might create small changes in the atmosphere that may ultimately alter the path of a tornado or delay, accelerate or even prevent the occurrence of a tornado in another location.
As I have observed the past 30 - 35 years I must begin by saying that I have learned much but, not everything about history, religion, science, politics, and human nature. What has served me well alongside my acquisition of knowledge, data, and understanding is my outstanding ability to recall with superb accuracy. My memory is extremely clear. This allows for proper analysis and with objectivity we have a relaying of as much facts and data as possible.
I am not claiming to know it all nor am I trying to state that what I am saying is the absolute truth. This is just my outlook on certain events and facts. I want to show how these which might seem unrelated are related and relevant to each other.
When the World Trade Center (New York's Twin Towers) and the military Headquarters know as the Pentagon were hit by planes on September 11th in 2001 some saw it as the beginning of the end of the super power know as the United States of America. While some saw it as a strike at the mightiest empire on this planet, a few thought it to be a sign that the end of the 'white' mans rule on earth was close at hand.
Not too long after 9/11 I recall a white man, his name escapes me, comparing G.W. Bush to Adolf Hitler. He drew parallels between G.W. Bush's attempts to suspend our civil liberties and constitutional rights, the ill treatment of Arabs and Arab looking people, scapegoating, the invasion of Iraq and Hitler's machine. He pointed to Bush's Homeland Security and Hitler's gave Hitler's government full legislative power. Hitler neutralized the other parties and any opposition to his moves. Bush attempted to do the same in a similar way. Anyone who spoke against Bush and the Republican party were labeled as unpatriotic. This neutralized the Democratic Party and caused many of them to vote with the Republican Party even if they did not agree with them.
I do not believe in some of the conspiracy theories which have arisen concerning the event known as 9/11. However, I do believe that G.W. Bush and Company took advantage of 9/11 to promote their agenda. They did invaded Iraq under false intel and lies so as to increase the power and wealth of their holdings in oil related contracts. They used fear to get the backing of Congress and the public. This fear was was even used for them to get a second four year term in the White House.
So if Bush had not stole his first Presidential election between he and Al Gore then 9/11 might not have occurred or if it did the subsequent events thereafter might have played out differently. We would not have seen the enormous spending of the Bush presidency. The national debt would not be so high. The invasion of Iraq would definitely not have happened under a Gore administration. Combine the spending, national debt, the war in Iraq and the 10 billion dollars a month price tag, and the collapse of our banks and economy along with the Obama Effect and you have need for change.
The Butterfly wings fluttered when Al Gore loss the election to Bush when the Supreme Court gave it to Bush. The effects would lead to the United States of America electing it's first black/ African American President. Obama is of course worthy of the Oval Office but without the prior events I've sited and more he would not be where he is now.
If al Gore would have become President then the stage would not have been set for Obama to run and win in 2008.
