Why Should You & I Vote?

There are those of you who believe that you mean nothing in the process known as the Presidential Election. Many of us do not understand that you and I do count despite the fact that the President is actually chosen by an Electoral College. Our votes do influence the Electoral College. Besides this, there's deep history behind voting rights. Many people sacrificed and fought hard so that blacks and women could have the right to vote.
Many group are recognized and acknowledged because they come out in force to vote most of the times. Black are in many cases overlooked because we tend to not show up in large number in most elections. This must change!
So far we have had three debates. Two of them were between the presidential candidates. It is clear that McCain is fighting a losing battle. Yet, that doesn't mean that we should not vote. We should make sure that we get out there and make sure that Obama wins. If you don't support Obama then get out there and vote anyway.
