NJ Governor Christie Shows Fellow Republicans What It Means To Lead
Earlier today, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie called GOP leaders to task for not voting on relief aid for Hurricane Sandy.
Before the press conference, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo joined Christie in saying that House Speaker John Boehner’s (R-Ohio) decision to push a vote on the $60.4 billion relief package into the next Congress was “inexcusable” and a “dereliction of duty.”
The video is only two minutes long and worth watching. It’s as if Christie channels Teddy Roosevelt, another Republican who wasn’t afraid to clash with members of his own party.
